We understand the importance of smooth-operating printing equipment so EBS is pleased to offer training sessions on all of our products at our facility or yours to ensure proper setup and operation of your ink-jet printing system.
- Operator sessions include training on how to run and create messages and how to keep print heads clean.
- Maintenance training covers preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special applications.

Yes, an EBS technician would be happy to assist with training on any EBS equipment. We offer on site, video call or over the phone training sessions.
EBS will offer a service contract on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire for further information.
The EBS S/W runs only on Windows. You can use the Safari browser to connect to a HJ260 when it’s connected to WiFi
Connect the printer to the EBS Software and click ‘Retrieve’ – check the Info Tab for a detailed description of the error.
No, each ink has a unique chemical structure and mixing leads to leaking and poor print quality. EBS USA recommends against swapping different inks in the same printer.
